Playa Inn assumes the day-to-day details of running a residence when the owner plans to be away for a period of time, whether it be several weeks or several years. These services may include:
Weekly or monthly site inspections for maintenance, repairs, and security
Bookkeeping and payment of expenses related to running the home (i.e. utilities, salaries, taxes)

For the owner who wishes to place their home on the rental market, we offer a full line of services. These are some of the basic services we provide:

• Schedule guests for vacation rentals
• Collect deposits and disburse monies
• Collect monthly rent from long-term tenants
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
• Pay bills charged to the property during the rental period
• Take care of tenant concerns and needs
• Have home cleaned after each departure (if no maid service provided)
• Perform a walk-thru of the property upon guest departure
• Report monthly to property owners
