If you want to move to Playa del Carmen, or simply take an extra long vacation, Playa Inn can assist you in locating a rental home, condominium or apartment. Regardless of where you want to reside; on the beach, in town, on the golf course or in the jungle, Playa Inn can fulfill your needs.

LONG TIME REQUIREMENTS, 6 MONTHS MINIMUM

  • Copy of passport and migratory form
  • Information work letter head (address, phone, occupation, time in that work, etc.)
  • Promissory note signed, one for each month of the contract
  • Endorsement person: -copy of ID (passport if is not Mexican and migratory form) – this person signed the promissory notes – copy of title or car invoice.
  • One extra month of deposit in case don’t exist endorsement person.
  • 1month of deposit
  • 1 month of rent
  • 150 usd contract payment
  • Rental application form signed.
