I understand you are interested in Playa Inn for an administration company for your home in Play Del Carmen, Mexico.
My sister and I are from Dallas and we also have a condo in Quintas Pakal, Playacar that Ligia and Amanda from Playa Inn have been renting/managing for us since December 2004. They have been extremely reliable and professional. Each month Ligia sends me a list of Revenue and Expenses in a spreadsheet. They also represent us at the Home Owner's Association for our condos. During the two hurricanes last year they took special care of our home and treated it as their own, even when their own homes and families needed special attention.
Amanda is very responsive to our emails and phone calls. She works diligently to keep our condo rented and informs us when it will be occupied.
We have been extremely happy with the care and quality that Playa Inn has provided. We had another company managing our condo when we first purchased our home and there were a lot of problems and lack of trust. Once we met Ligia and Amanda we knew we were in good hands.
